Navy will play their first game of the 2012-2013 season in Annapolis on November 9 against Marymount. From that first game, the Midshipmen will attempt to match last season's run. They will be replacing 46% of last season's minutes with the expected contributions of seven incoming freshmen.

Navy will see the largest deficiency on offense, where the team lost 56.6% of their three-point shooting. Equally as concerning is scoring, where they also lost a big 52% of last year's output.
